Retirement is a HUGE transition … be as informed as possible. CalRTA’s local Divisions hold pre-retirement events to “demystify” retirement for current teachers.

Some events are in-person and some are virtual. Events are added primarily in the fall and spring.

Here’s what one participant wrote about a workshop:

“This was truly a fantastic workshop. All of us future retirees felt welcome!  The information that was shared was clear and concise. This is my third or fourth workshop and I wanted you to know that it was the best!  Thank you!” – Susan Mc.
